DATES OF PROMOTION: The “Your Server Innovation Distributor Sales Representative Treasure Hunt” (the “Promotion”) begins at 9.00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on July 14, 2008 and ends at 5:00 PM PT on September 26, 2008, (the “Promotion Period”), subject to the Entry Periods and Drawing Dates outlined in the ENTRY PERIODS/PRIZE ALLOCATION section of these Official Rules. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are given in Pacific Time.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to registered sales representatives (the “Distributor Rep”) of INTEL® AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR (the “Company”).. Distributor Reps must be: (a) a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; OR (b) a legal resident of Canada (Excluding Residents of the Province of Quebec) who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). All Entrants must have their own unique Login I.D. ’s and must have a valid mailing address located in one of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (Excluding the Province of Quebec). PO Boxes will not be accepted. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Intel Corporation (the “Sponsor”) and each of its respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion, including but not limited to the entities supplying the Prizes herein (collectively the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to participate. Promotion is void in Puerto Rico, US territories and possessions outside of the United States, the Province of Quebec and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law.

ENTRY PERIODS: There will be eleven (11) weekly entry periods in the Promotion each associated with a random drawing. Each week begins at 9.00 AM PT on Monday and ends at 5:00 PM PT on the following Friday (the “Entry Period”). The eleven (11) Entry Periods and drawing dates are:

There is no limit to the number of Distributor Reps that may enter per Company. Limit of one (1) Entry per Distributor Rep per Entry Period. Non-Winning eligible entries from previous drawings will not carry over to the next Entry Period and will not be considered eligible for subsequent drawings. In order to be eligible for any or all of the eleven (11) Entry Periods, Distributor Reps must enter each Entry Period separately.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion:

• A. Intel Distributor Resource Center Website: Visit the Intel Distributor Resource Center Website at www.intel.com/go/distributor/na OR go directly to www.intel.com/go/yourserverinnovation (the “Website”) during the Entry Period. Then enter your unique Login ID and click the “Log On” button. Upon clicking on the “Your Server Innovation” link, you will be automatically directed to the Promotion Website to begin the Treasure Hunt. Then, follow the on-screen instructions in order to answer all five (5) questions correctly associated with the Treasure Hunt and receive one (1) entry for that Entry Period. In order for an online entry to be valid, entrant must have a valid Intel Login ID and must click the “Log on” button. You must complete all required steps and all five (5) questions in order to receive your entry into the Promotion. If you do not complete all of the required steps, abort the process before it is complete, or if you intentionally un-configure before the end of the Promotion, you will not be eligible to win. Limit of one (1) Entry per Distributor Rep, per Entry Period via the Intel Distributor Resource Center Website.
• B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without participating in the Treasure Hunt, send an email to enter@yourserverinnovation.com during the Entry Period, inclusive of your First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Address, City, State/Province/Territory, Postal/Zip Code, Daytime Phone Number, and Intel Login ID. Each email is considered one (1) Entry. Limit of one (1) Email Entry per Distributor Rep, per Entry Period.

Regardless of the method in which you choose to enter the Promotion, either via the Intel Distributor Resource Center Website or the AMOE, there is a limit of one (1) entry per Distributor Rep, per Entry Period. The total Maximum number of Entries allowed per Distributor Rep for the Entire Promotion is eleven (11). Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s plays and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or damaged entries or failed.

WINNING/ODDS: There will be eleven (11) random drawings held in the Promotion, on or about July 23, 2008; July 30, 2008; August 6, 2008; August 13, 2008; August 20, 2008; August 27, 2008; September 3, 2008; September 10, 2008; September 17, 2008; September 24, 2008; October 1, 2008. Potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Periods associated with each of the eleven (11) drawings. All drawings will be held by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these official rules, and are final and binding in all respects. Non-winning eligible entries from previous drawings will not carry over to the next Entry Period and will not be considered eligible for subsequent drawings. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Throughout the Promotion Period, Prizes shall be limited to one (1) prize per Distributor Rep. Potential prize winners will announced on the Website at 12:00 pm PST on the drawing date for each Entry Period. Any potential prize winner announced on the Website is subject to verification. See the “prize claim” section of these official rules for prize claim information and verification requirements.

PRIZES: A total of five hundred and fifty (550) Prizes will be awarded in the Promotion as follows:

The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $9,631 USD. Winners agree that all prizes are being provided “as is”, and the Released Parties (as defined in the “No Liability” section below) make no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Winners must look solely to the manufacturer of prizes for any such warranties or guarantees, if any. No transfer, substitution, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsors sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes if applicable. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded.

PRIZE CLAIMS: Potential prize winners will be notified by email immediately following each drawing and required to complete and submit within seven (7) days of being notified, an “Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release and mailing address confirmation for prize delivery. In addition, any potential prize winner residing in Canada will also be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (unaided by electronic or mechanical device or otherwise) in order to receive their prize (collectively, the “Required Documents”) If a potential prize winner fails to return the Required Documents, fails to correctly answer the skill testing question (Canadian Residents only) or any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential prize winner forfeits their right to the prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random as outlined in the “Winning/Odds” section of these official rules. All prizes will be awarded approximately one (1) week after all Required Documents are received and verified. All potential winners consent to the use of his/her name, company name, likeness, biographical information and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize). All applicable taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Promotion entrants, and winners release each and all of the Promotion Entities, from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Promotion, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of the prizes awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right permanently to disqualify from this Promotion any Entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws apply. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names, addresses (city & state/province/territory), voices and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this Promotion only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and/or Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete entries, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or Promotion Entities. If for any reason this Promotion is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and Canada as applicable herein without regard to its conflict of law principals CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
